Starting a company
When we launched our company in 2015, we entered the market as the only louvered pergola manufacturer, driven by a vision to revolutionize outdoor living spaces.
2016
Home show debut
After months of dedicated research and development, we finally completed our extrusion molds, bringing our unique aluminum profiles to life. Our journey began in a self-storage container, a space that felt both limiting and full of potential. With our tools and materials packed tightly around us, we installed our very first aluminum pergola that marked a pivotal moment as it was the realization of our hard work and innovation.
2017
Introduced side protection
By the end of the year, we celebrated another milestone by moving into our first showroom. This new space allowed us to showcase our products and engage directly with customers, turning our vision into a tangible experience. The transition from our container to a proper showroom symbolized growth and the beginning of a new chapter for Aluminum Pergola as a company. Looking back, those early days taught us the importance of resilience and innovation. We took pride in being pioneers in our field, and each challenge we faced only fueled our drive to succeed. On display for the first time at a public show, visitors were impressed with our technology, as we introduced our watertight guarantee, while expanding the market.
2018
Second-generation pergola
When the second generation aluminum pergola was introduced, this new model featured an entirely revamped extrusion. The controllable louvered roof, complete with an integrated gutter system, quickly gained popularity for use in both residential and commercial architectural designs.
2019
New Manufacturing Facility
The following year we were thrilled to announce the launch of our new manufacturing facility, where we started producing ZIP screens made with cutting-edge Recasens fabric to enhance privacy while allowing for outward visibility. These ZIP screens have quickly become a popular addition for those seeking greater comfort in the coller weather, and LED lighting options in both white and multicolor helped expand the product line for even more versatility.
2020
Launched 'Junior' model
With the introduction of our new 10’ by 12’ KIT model, this new product opened up the aluminum pergola concept to a wider audience, popular for their durability and modern look, and a format that allowed for easier installation with its lightweight frame and resistance to rust and corrosion, making it low maintenance, easy assembly with step-by-step guidance, and optional accessories such as lighting and screens for added functionality.
2021
New extended louvers
As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation in architectural solutions, we unveilled our new 45 mm louver. This advancement expanded our louver length to an impressive 15 feet, providing architects and designers with unprecedented flexibility in their projects while maintaining the highest standards of structural integrity. This incredible design enabled seamless integration into very expansive designs that not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of buildings but also facilitated more streamlined architectural lines. Whether it was for us in residential, commercial, or industrial applications, these louvers opened the door to beautifully designed facades that elevated projects to their maximum, and engineered to withstand varying weather conditions, without compromising performance.

Third-generation pergola
With more versatile applications, architects abnd desuigners could create striking visual statements while improving functionality, and paving the way for a new era in architectural design. Our commitment to innovation means that we are not just expanding our product line; we are expanding the creative possibilities for architects and designers everywhere.

New showroom opened
Launching our third generation pergola design the following year allowed us to hide top screws and anchoring points within the frame while offering new color choices. Today we are introducing our fourth-generation pergola design, featuring an improved connection system and sturdy 7.5" x 7.5" posts, making it the most durable shade solution in the USA.
